We produce an extensive range of buttweld pipe fittings such as elbows, tees, reducers, caps, and more. These fittings are designed to connect sections of pipe in various industrial systems, ensuring smooth flow and structural integrity under high pressure and temperature conditions.
Flanges
We manufacture a wide variety of flanges, including weld neck, slip-on, blind, threaded, and lap joint types. Flanges are essential components in piping systems, allowing easy assembly, maintenance, and pressure containment. Our flanges are built for robust performance in industries like oil & gas, petrochemical, and power generation.
Forged Fittings
Our forged fittings are known for their superior strength and precision. Made from stainless steel, carbon steel, and alloy steel, these fittings are used in high-pressure environments, ensuring secure and leak-proof connections. We offer various types such as elbows, tees, couplings, plugs, and bushings.

Pipe Fittings

Pipe fittings are essential components in piping systems, used to connect sections of pipe, change direction, branch off flows, or alter pipe size. These fittings play a critical role in ensuring that piping systems are functional, efficient, and leak-proof, making them indispensable across a variety of industries.

Elbows
45° and 90° Elbows: Used to change the direction of flow in a pipeline. These fittings are available in both short-radius and long-radius options, allowing flexibility in design and installation.
Tees
Equal and Reducing Tees: These fittings create branch connections in piping systems. Equal tees are used to distribute the flow evenly, while reducing tees allow for a change in pipe size.
Reducers
Concentric and Eccentric Reducers: Reducers are used to connect pipes of different diameters. Concentric reducers align the centerlines of both pipes, while eccentric reducers are offset, used where space constraints require non-aligned pipe centerlines.
Caps
Pipe caps are used to seal the end of a pipeline, preventing flow or protecting the pipe from contamination and damage.
Couplings
Full and Half Couplings: Couplings are used to connect two pipes together. Full couplings join two pipes of the same diameter, while half couplings connect a pipe to another fitting or equipment.
Cross Fittings
A cross fitting has four openings, allowing for the connection of four pipes at a single point. These are commonly used in fire sprinkler systems and other specialized applications.

Flanges

Flanges are essential components used to connect pipes, valves, pumps, and other equipment in piping systems, allowing for easy assembly, disassembly, and maintenance. They provide secure connections that ensure leak-proof and reliable performance, even in high-pressure and high-temperature environments.

Weld Neck Flanges
Ideal for high-pressure applications, these flanges are designed to be welded directly onto the pipe, ensuring a strong, leak-proof connection. Their long neck provides reinforcement and reduces stress at the joint.
Slip-On Flanges
These flanges are slipped over the pipe and welded in place. They are easy to install and suitable for low-pressure applications, offering flexibility for positioning during installation.
Blind Flanges
Used to close off the ends of piping systems, blind flanges do not have a bore. They are typically used for inspection, maintenance, or pressure testing, and can handle high-pressure applications.
Threaded Flanges
Threaded flanges have internal threads that match the external threads of the pipe. These flanges are ideal for systems where welding is not feasible, such as in high-temperature or explosive environments.
Socket Weld Flanges
Designed for small-diameter, high-pressure systems, socket weld flanges allow the pipe to be inserted into the flange socket and welded at the point of contact for a strong, durable connection.

Forged Fittings

Forged Fittings are piping components crafted through the forging process, which involves shaping the metal under high pressure. This method results in superior strength and durability compared to fittings made using other techniques.
Due to their enhanced mechanical properties, forged fittings are commonly used in high-pressure and high-temperature applications. They are essential in industries like oil & gas, chemical processing, and petrochemical, where safety, reliability, and performance are critical. These fittings offer excellent resistance to corrosion, fatigue, and impact, ensuring long-term reliability even in the most demanding environments.

Elbows
Forged elbows are used to change the direction of flow in piping systems. They come in various angles, such as 45° and 90°, providing flexibility in system design.
Tees
Forged tees are used to branch off the main pipeline. Available in both equal and reducing types, these fittings are ideal for splitting or combining flow.
Couplings
Forged couplings are used to connect two pieces of pipe, allowing for secure and leak-proof connections. Full couplings connect two pipes of the same diameter, while half couplings are used for smaller applications.
Bushings
Forged bushings reduce the size of a threaded opening in pipes, offering a secure connection for pipes of different sizes.
Plugs Forged plugs are used to close the ends of pipes or fittings, preventing the flow of fluids or gases and protecting the system from contamination.
Unions Forged unions enable easy disconnection of pipes for maintenance or replacement without disturbing the entire system.

Steel Coil

Steel coils are large, continuous rolls of steel that are wound after being produced through a process called hot rolling or cold rolling.
Hot Rolled Steel Coil: Made by rolling steel at a high temperature, it offers excellent formability and weldability. It’s commonly used in construction, automotive, and industrial machinery.
Cold Rolled Steel Coil: Made by rolling steel at room temperature, this coil has a smoother surface, higher strength, and better tolerance. It’s ideal for precision engineering, appliance manufacturing, and furniture.
Applications: Used in the production of pipes, vehicle parts, containers, construction materials, and structural applications.

Steel Sheet

Steel sheets are flat, thin pieces of steel produced by cutting steel coils. They come in various thicknesses and can be hot-rolled or cold-rolled.
Hot Rolled Steel Sheet: This sheet is ideal for applications that require strength, such as shipbuilding, bridge construction, and pressure vessels.
Cold Rolled Steel Sheet: With a smoother finish and greater dimensional accuracy, it’s used in home appliances, auto body panels, and precision instruments.
Applications: Steel sheets are used in manufacturing auto parts, appliances, electrical panels, and HVAC systems.

Steel Angle

Steel angles are L-shaped cross-sections of steel that are available in both equal and unequal sizes. They provide structural support.
Materials: Often made from carbon steel or stainless steel.
Applications: Widely used in construction and infrastructure projects for framing, reinforcement, and in the fabrication of bridges, buildings, towers, and trailers..

Pipe Ring (Steel Ring)

Pipe rings or steel rings are circular steel components that serve various purposes, such as sealing, reinforcement, or joining pipes.
Forged Pipe Rings: Used in pressure applications and high-stress environments.
Welded Pipe Rings: Manufactured by bending and welding steel, ideal for less critical applications.
Applications: Commonly used in the oil and gas industry, automotive industry, and in pipeline systems for sealing or structural support.

Tee (Steel Tee Fitting)

A steel tee fitting is a T-shaped pipe fitting with one inlet and two outlets, used to combine or split fluid flow.
Equal Tee: All three branches are of the same diameter.
Reducing Tee: The branch diameter is smaller than the main diameter.
Applications: Used in plumbing, pipelines, chemical, and power plants to distribute, control, or mix the flow of liquids and gases.

Round Bar (Steel Round Bar)

Steel round bars are cylindrical steel rods used for various mechanical and construction purposes. Available in a variety of diameters, they can be hot-rolled or cold-drawn.
Mild Steel Round Bar: Known for its strength, ductility, and weldability, often used in construction.
Stainless Steel Round Bar: Provides excellent corrosion resistance and is used in environments exposed to moisture and chemicals.
Applications: Used in the construction of shafts, fasteners, frameworks, tools, and machine parts.
